Service Now Developer

Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, with a focus on enhancing IT service management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to streamline IT service management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize ServiceNow applications accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Maintain and update ServiceNow documentation including application configurations, workflows, and processes.
• Provide support and training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow customizations.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs for integrations with other systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow ITIL processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
