Our client, a leading global healthcare technology organization, is looking to hire a ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance their enterprise ServiceNow platform in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on development experience in ServiceNow and exposure to healthcare, pharma, or life sciences domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure solutions across core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Build and maintain Service Catalog items and automate workflows using Flow Designer
- Configure and support ITOM Discovery using MID Servers, including troubleshooting discovery issues
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy and governance using Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
- Provide L2/L3 production support, debugging workflows and resolving system defects
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including solution designs and SOPs
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong experience working with ITSM processes and ServiceNow workflows
- Expertise in Service Catalog design, request fulfillment, and task orchestration
- Good understanding of CMDB architecture, class models, and data reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with MID Servers and ITOM Discovery configuration
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer)
- Exposure to healthcare, pharma, or life sciences domain preferred
- Experience working in regulated or validation-driven environments is must
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS will be a plus
- Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF)
