Position: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Gurugram, India (Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solutions across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Build and maintain Service Catalog items and Flow Designer automations.
- Configure ITOM Discovery using MID Servers and resolve scanning failures.
- Enforce CMDB health using the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
- Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve workflow defects.
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and SOPs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong experience with core ITIL processes and ITSM workflows.
- Proven expertise in Service Catalog design and task orchestration.
- Deep knowledge of CMDB architecture, class models, and reconciliation rules.
- Hands-on experience configuring MID Servers and automated Discovery schedules.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS) and hands-on experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) are a strong plus.
