Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Create and manage ServiceNow workflows and business rules.
- Implement ServiceNow best practices for development and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and users.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features and capabilities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Ability to write and manage ServiceNow update sets and custom applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
