Overview
Prodapt is looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience. This is a work from office role and shift timings are 11 am - 8pm or 2pm -11pm
Responsibilities
- 3-6+ years experience with ServiceNow CMDB and service modeling (or equivalent CMDB platforms with strong ServiceNow exposure preferred).
- Hands-on experience applying CSDM concepts and translating them into practical implementation patterns.
- Strong understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships, and governance in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with CMDB data quality remediation and KPI-driven improvements.
