Service Now - Business Architect

ServiceNow Business Architect , you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications and implemented effectively within the ServiceNow platform.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5+ years focused on ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
