Job Description
Project Manager or Assistant Manager – PLC & SCADA AMC
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Position: Assistant Manager – Manage PLC & SCADA AMC
Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage PLC & SCADA AMC projects and service contracts
Plan preventive & breakdown maintenance activities
Lead and coordinate service engineers
Provide customer communication and technical support
Drive AMC revenue growth and ensure timely payment collections
Monitor AMC profitability, contract renewals, and collection targets
Plan AMC renewals and project execution
Team scheduling, reporting & documentation
Troubleshoot industrial automation systems
Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
Skills & Expertise:
PLC Programming (Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi)
SCADA Platforms (AVEVA, WinCC, FactoryTalk, Ignition, iFIX, etc.)
Industrial Networking
VFD & Instrumentation Knowledge
Project Coordination & Team Management
Strong Communication Skills
Qualification:
BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering
