Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for a Service Manager - Navcom. The Service Manager will oversee the navigation and communication equipment services, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. They will manage a team of technicians and service engineers, coordinate service schedules, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include maintaining service documentation and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing navigation and communication equipment services, including installation and troubleshooting
• Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in supervising and coordinating service teams
• Excellent customer interaction skills, including client communication and issue resolution
• Knowledge of maritime safety regulations and compliance with international and local standards
• Ability to maintain detailed service records and documentation with attention to accuracy
• Degree or diploma in Marine Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in maritime services or a related industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work in an on-site and dynamic environment
