Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager specialized in Marine Engines, located in the Pune Division. The Service Manager will oversee and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of marine engines by leading service teams and managing daily tasks. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance schedules, diagnosing and addressing technical issues, developing customer relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing technical training to team members and clients. The role also involves handling service contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in Marine Engines, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance
- Strong leadership, team management, and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of industry safety standards, compliance regulations, and quality assurance practices
- Effective communication, customer service, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to create and manage service schedules and contracts
- Proficiency in technical training and team development
- Experience in marine and heavy engineering industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering or a related field
- Flexibility to work in an on-site role located in Pune Division
