Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Service Manager who is proficient in Kannada and Telugu. The Service Manager will oversee customer relationships, ensuring timely communication and resolution of queries in Kannada or Telugu. Responsibilities include managing service processes, assisting with issue escalation, tracking performance metrics, improving customer satisfaction, and liaising with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. The role involves maintaining high standards of communication and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Kannada and Telugu, along with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, and addressing customer feedback or escalations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical thinking skills to assess performance metrics and provide actionable solutions for service improvements.
  • Collaborative team player with experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven service processes will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Minimum 3 Years experience , Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
