Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, managing service teams, and ensuring effective after-sales support. Duties include developing service strategies, ensuring equipment maintenance, coordinating with clients, and addressing customer concerns. The role will involve maintaining high service standards to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ophthalmic equipment and associated technologies
  • Experience in customer service and handling client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving, team management, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of service operations
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in the eye care or medical equipment
