Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operation, maintenance, release, change, patch management, perform Incident and problem management for supported systems according to ITIL framework, change & Release Management.
- Participate in new releases, design review, risk assessment and perform qualification activities of the changes in scope, perform patch evaluation for the period patches released.
- Handling Change requests to comply with the Change Management work instruction.
- Capability to provide technical solutions as and when needed with adequate trainings.
- Close collaboration with external vendor and ensuring that vendor deliverables are in quality and timelines are adhered.
- Participate in Annual Periodic reviews (user review report, IT periodic system evaluation).
- Communicate and involve relevant stakeholders-alignment with LoB stakeholders, primarily System managers, NNQAs/LoB QA's, System Owners, Project Owners, demonstrate pro- activeness and ownership.
- Manage own time planning and timely deliverables, communicate and involve relevant stakeholders.
- Should take complete ownership of the tasks and drive to completion, should be self-motivated and have desire to learn business and understand business complexities and different perspectives of the same.
- Support internal audits and external health authority inspections.
- Assist with system decommissioning activities.
