Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager located in Thrissur. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations in the service department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include managing service schedules, supervising the service team, interacting with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company and brand standards. The role involves optimizing service workflows and contributing to the growth and success of the service department.

Qualifications

• Strong team leadership and management skills to effectively oversee service teams
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills to handle queries and resolve concerns
• Expertise in service scheduling and workflow management
• Technical knowledge of motorcycle servicing, preferably with experience in Royal Enfield vehicles
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in diagnosing and addressing issues
• Knowledge of compliance and adherence to service standards
• Prior experience in a similar role in the automotive or retail industry will be an added advantage
