Project Role : Service Management Practitioner

Project Role Description : Support the delivery of programs, projects or managed services. Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda.

Must have skills : Infrastructure Service Management

Good to have skills : Incident Management, Critical Incident Management

Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Service Management Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of various programs, projects, or managed services by ensuring smooth coordination and effective contract management. The role requires managing shared service coordination activities and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. This engagement helps maintain high levels of commitment and alignment with the strategic agenda, ensuring that all efforts contribute to the overall success of the initiatives. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration across multiple teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and program execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
  • Good To Have Skills: Incident Management, Critical Incident Management.
  • Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in contract management and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
