Job Description

Roll-Service Management CMDB

Experience- 6 to 10 Years.

Location-Bangalore.

  • Process Ownership: Develop, implement, and maintain CMDB processes, policies, and procedures in alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of configuration item data within the CMDB.
  • Governance & Compliance: Enforce CMDB governance policies, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams (Service Desk, Incident, Change, and Problem Management) to support configuration management activities and resolve data issues.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, especially Configuration Management and Service Asset Management.
  • Experience with CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
