Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily elevator service and maintenance work at sites
- Lead and support a team of technicians
- Assign work and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Visit sites regularly to check work quality
- Identify and fix technical issues and handle breakdowns
- Ensure preventive maintenance is done as per schedule
- Maintain service quality and reduce downtime
- Follow all safety rules and company policies
- Conduct safety meetings and provide basic training to technicians
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for tools and materials
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates
- Maintain records, reports, and maintenance logs
- Support the manager in team performance and improvements
Eligibility / Requirements
- Diploma or BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in elevator service & maintenance
- At least 2–3 years of team handling experience
- Good knowledge of elevator systems and troubleshooting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic reporting and planning skills
