We are looking for IT Service Desk / Technical Support Associates to join our team in Bangalore!
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Mandatory)
Working Days: Flexible to work on weekends (as per business requirement)
Experience: 6m–5 Years
International Call Center Background: Mandatory with good communication NO MTI.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1 technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, OS, and application issues
• Basic WAN/LAN and network connectivity support
• VPN setup and troubleshooting for remote users
• BitLocker support (recovery key & encryption issues)
• Incident management using ServiceNow
• Ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction
• Follow ITIL processes and maintain documentation
