Reports To - Cluster Operations Manager (COM)

Job Type -Individual Contributor 

Team Size - Avg 10 persons/team

Base Location - All Over India

Eligibility Criteria :

Education - No Education Criteria ,Basic English Communication 

Experience - No Exp Limit

Scope Of Work

Primary Role

• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar plants
• Address and resolve bill reading issues
• Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) through effective service delivery
• Assist with plant online monitoring and customer registration
• Adhere to SOPs while conducting PMs and CMs
• Maintain and adhere to zero safety violations

Key Competencies - Technical Need to Have

Nice to Have

• Good Solar Knowledge
• Basic Electrical & Structural Knowledge
• Should know how to ride 2wheeler
• Rooftop solar experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Field work flexibility

Behavioral - Need to Have

• Effective communication skills
• Strong customer empathy
• Hygiene Grooming & Presentability
• Should be fluent in Hindi/English and/or the local language
• Good & Decent behaviour
• Punctuality maintained

Travel Frequency

• Daily Travel in Base city
• Driving License & Own 2wheeler is mandatory
