Key Responsibility
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones, laptops, and related electronic devices.
- Perform chip-level and component-level repairs (where applicable).
- Replace defective parts such as displays, motherboards, batteries, and connectors.
- Ensure all repairs are done in compliance with brand and company quality standards.
- Accurately record job details, parts used, and repair status in the O2 Care system.
- Maintain proper handling of customer devices to avoid damage or data loss.
- Assist in software updates, data backup, and formatting activities.
- Coordinate with the service coordinator for pending jobs, spare parts, and escalations.
- Ensure timely delivery of repaired devices within the committed TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area and tools.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Computer Hardware or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile or laptop repair preferred.
- Brand service center experience will be an added advantage.
