As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for our service equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to service equipment.
- Install and configure service products and systems at client locations.
- Provide on-site and remote support to customers to ensure optimal use of equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on service equipment as needed.
- Document service visits and maintain detailed records of work performed.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Train customers on equipment usage and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with service management software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
