** Job Title:** Electrical Engineer – Site Supervisor (Solar Projects)

** Salary:** 20,000 – 25,000 per month

### **Job Responsibilities:**

* Supervise solar panel installation work at project sites.

* Monitor electrical wiring, cable laying, inverter installation, and panel connectivity.

* Ensure proper execution of solar project work as per design and safety standards.

* Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and site workers.

* Conduct site inspections and prepare daily work progress reports.

* Handle site materials and manpower planning.

* Troubleshoot electrical and installation issues.

* Ensure timely project completion and quality work.

* Maintain safety protocols during installation and maintenance activities.

* Support testing and commissioning of solar systems.

### **Required Skills:**

* Knowledge of electrical systems and solar installations.

* Ability to read electrical drawings and layouts.

* Site supervision and team management.

* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* MS Office and report preparation knowledge.

* Good communication skills.

### **Qualification:**

* Diploma / ITI electrician in Electrical Engineering

* Freshers with solar knowledge or candidates with site supervision experience can apply.
