Key Responsibilities
1. Installation & Maintenance
Install, commission, and maintain machines at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
2. Customer Support & Training
Provide technical training to customers on machine operations, handling, and maintenance.
Offer remote and onsite technical assistance as required.
Understand customer concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction.
3. Technical Testing & Documentation
Test products using appropriate testing frameworks and procedures.
Create suitable testing environments to evaluate product performance.
Document testing procedures, results, observations, and improvement suggestions.
Prepare and submit detailed service reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
4. Continuous Improvement & Team Support
Suggest improvements based on field feedback and product testing.
Assist in training new team members when required.
Coordinate with internal departments to enhance product performance and customer experience.
