Service Engineer

Part 1. Describe the Position

To build a service and aftermarket team across pan India represented in all regions for providing basic support and faster response time.

Summary:

1. List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
2. Single point contact for regional customer on after sales
3. Knowledge of operation & maintenance of fire pump.
4. Providing all erection and commissioning activities for HVAC/FIRE/Plumbing pumps.
5. Trouble shooting
6. Spare part & AMC business
7. Upgrades & retrofit business
8. Energy audit Skill
9. FMEA

Part 2. Education Qualification:

BE / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 6-10 years of field experience

Key technical skills and knowledge.

• Important competencies required
• Experience in handling HVAC & Plumbing pumps, pressure booster, Fire pumps systems independently

1. Computer competency

• Ability to handle customer complaints independently
• Ability to communicate fluently with our own engineering and other Value center
• Ability to identify root cause analysis technically

• Stamina and Adaptability
• Should be able to sustain field activity for a prolonged period

• Required Knowledge

1. Pump hydraulics (Basic)

• Plant operation & process
• Basic knowledge of operation & maintenance of Fire /Plumbing /HVAC pumps.
• VFD & Controllers for HVAC & Plumbing
