Designation -Service Engineer
Location - Gurgaon
Role Overview:
Service Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and after-sales service for patient monitoring systems, nerve stimulators, and other hospital equipment. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities to ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and demonstration of medical devices at customer sites. The engineer will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships through timely service delivery, effective troubleshooting, and professional product presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, calibrate, and commission patient monitors, nerve stimulators, and related medical equipment.
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance Services and manage AMC/CMC contracts to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Perform component-level diagnosis and repairs to efficiently resolve technical issues.
- Provide on-site technical support, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, installation checklists, and performance records.
- Assist the sales team with technical expertise and support product demonstrations for business development activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements during all service activities.
Preferred Candidate -
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in installation and servicing of medical equipment (monitors, ECG machines, defibrillators, etc.).
- Strong component-level repair skills and sales acumen for demonstrations and customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel across NCR and nearby regions.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good communication skills.
