Job Summary:The Service Engineer Unison is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of Unison equipment and systems at client sites. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring optimal equipment performance, providing customer support, and coordinating with the engineering and service teams to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, commission, and calibrate Unison machinery and equipment at client locations.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests and provide on-site or remote technical support.
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
- Train customer personnel on the proper use, care, and maintenance of Unison equipment.
- Coordinate with the Unison engineering and support teams for technical escalations and spare parts management.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards during all service activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding recurring technical issues or customer feedback.
Required Qualifications and Skills:- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 25 years of experience as a service or maintenance engineer (preferably with Unison or similar industrial machinery).
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC systems, pneumatic and hydraulic components.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting industrial automation and machinery systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across India or abroad.

- Familiarity with installation and commissioning protocols for automated systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
