Service Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ajmer for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, providing technical support, maintenance, and repairs for TIPL's instrumentation and solutions. The role involves field service operations to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction. The engineer will collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients to deliver effective, timely solutions and maintain operational excellence.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and solving technical challenges
• Experience in field service operations and on-site equipment handling
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Expertise in technical support, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently with minimal supervision
• Relevant academic background in engineering or a related technical field
• Knowledge of process optimization and industrial instrumentation is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for field assignments and client support
