Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To ensure installation, commissioning, trouble shooting of heating products, heating service products and to demonstrate the fuel savings to customer.
• Single point contact with customer.
• Handling customer complaints & trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc.
• Visiting customer in warranty / proactive conditions.
• Submitting service reports & plan of actions to customer preventive maintenance planning.
• Validation & Efficiency trial of products and Generating field data for product improvement.
• Licensing program for TCA for heating & service products and I&C audit of TCA installations.
• Reduction in FOC due to I&C
• Getting customer good reference letters
• Walkthrough installation
• Enquiry and execution of branded service jobs like RLA, health checkup, HAZOP, IIOT, I Serve etc. etc.
