This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Chennai & Bangalore. We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer responsible for installation, configuration, and basic support of systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in a computer-related field and possess strong technical and problem-solving skills.

• Perform installation and setup of hardware, software, and related systems at client locations
• Configure systems to meet operational requirements
• Conduct testing and ensure proper functioning after installation
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations
• Maintain service reports and documentation of installations
• Ensure timely completion of assigned service tasks
• Follow company protocols and safety standards during installations

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems
• Understanding of installation and configuration processes

• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel for installations and service support

• 02 years of relevant experience (Freshers can also apply)

• Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
• Experience in field service or installation roles (added advantage)
