Job Description:

We are hiring a Service Engineer with experience in water treatment systems to join our Ahmedabad-based team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in equipment maintenance, installation, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in water treatment systems.
• Provide prompt solutions and technical advice to customers.
• Guide users on system operation and best practices.

Maintenance:

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance (e.g., filters, chemicals, cleaning).
• Inspect system health and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure optimal performance of installed equipment.

Installation:

• Assist in installing and commissioning new water treatment systems.
• Calibrate and test systems to match customer requirements.

Customer Service:

• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Offer professional, timely support and training when required.
• Technical Skills Required:Water Treatment Processes (RO, softeners, DM plants, etc.)
• Equipment and Machinery knowledge
• Service reporting and documentation
• On-site troubleshooting and diagnostics

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering

Experience: 4+ years in Water Treatment Industry
