Job Description:

• Manage all Service and Technical aspects for the full range of Riello UPS Systems & Solution product with the objective of achieving the set target/Objectives.
• Coordinating the entire activity of the After Sales Support (Service & Support area) department
• Responsible uptime of product.
• Liaison with Business Manager Development to understand details of product direction and design and maintaining the minimum Spares Stock.
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
• Responsible for the Project drawings and its approval from customer.
• Conduction of the load study & efficiency in the field
• Advance level analysis of field related incident.
• Preparation of RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

Skills:-

·       Solid knowledge on UPS & Its functionality

·       Knowledge of Electronics Fundamentals, Digital Electronics, Microprocessors and Communication Interfaces like Modbus, TCP/IP, SNMP, BMS.

·       Breakdown handling experience of 3 Phase UPS

·       Good and Consistent Academic Records

·       Strong Analytical skills. Passion to Succeed and eager to learn new technologies.

Experience: 10+ Years of experience in UPS Industry

Education: Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control
