Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Service Engineer will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, executing troubleshooting procedures, and providing timely field service support. The role involves documenting service activities, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems. The Service Engineer will interact with customers on-site, offering clear communication, basic training on equipment usage, and professional follow-up to ensure a positive service experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site visits, customer interaction, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, customer guidance, and coordination with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions on equipment.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation; basic proficiency with diagnostic tools and instruments.
• Willingness to travel locally for field assignments in and around Hyderabad; valid authorization to work in the location.
• Previous experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or similar service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
