Service Engineer

The company is the only Indian manufacturer cited as a contributor in the Tableting Specification Manual (TSM) and is an approved tooling vendor for multiple multinational clients. Building on its expertise, the group also manufactures ADEPT tablet presses, known for their durability, safety, and ease of use, with more than 500 machines installed across 40 countries.

We are looking for a Mechanical Service Engineer who provides technical support , diagnoses mechanical failures , and performs on-site repairs to maximize equipment uptime and minimize operational downtime . They act as the primary technical link between the company and the customer .

Key Responsibilities :-

• Installation and Commissioning :- Perform on-site installation , configuration , and calibration of equipment
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting :- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnose / resolve equipment faults or breakdowns
• Customer Training :- Demonstrate safe and effective equipment operation to client teams and provide basic user guidance
• Reporting and Documentation :- Write detailed service logs , track parts inventory , and submit visit reports to management
• Feedback Loop :- Relay technical issues and customer feedback to the product development or engineering teams

Education :- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / ITI ( Mechanical )

Experience :- 1-2 years of hands on experience in field service , maintenance or mechanical troubleshooting

Technical Skills :- Ability to read schematics / technical drawings , and proficiency with digital tools like CRM software , Use of measurement instruments like vernier caliper

Soft Skills :- Excellent communication , problem - solving abilities

Requirements :- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites within the assigned territory
