Role Overview
We are looking for a Service Engineer with 2 months to 2 years of experience to handle installation, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support at customer locations.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and practical exposure may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, service, and maintain equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints promptly.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for complex issues.
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers.
- Follow company safety and service-quality standards.
- Travel to customer sites within the assigned territory.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, or relevant technical field.
- Experience: 2 Months – 2 Years in service, maintenance, field engineering, or technical support.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of relevant technical/electrical/mechanical systems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving licence will be an advantage.
