Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Service Engineer to join our team and provide technical service and support for medical, diagnostic, laboratory, and healthcare equipment.

This role is ideal for freshers and professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in the medical device and healthcare technology industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, calibration, and customer support across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and demonstrate medical and diagnostic equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical devices and laboratory equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and instrumentation-related issues.
• Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and performance checks.
• Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within defined timelines.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and end users.
• Maintain accurate service records, installation reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical issues, spare parts, and service requirements.
• Ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
