- Erection and Commissioning of Concrete pump, Boom placer & Shotcrete machine incl. training to the operator during handing over
- Capability to solve all kind of technical problems on Concrete pump, Boom placer & shotcrete machine by his own hands
- Communicating with customers about service, maintenance and trouble shooting.
- Weekly reports about service, spare parts necessities and general field problems
- Convert routine service call to Annual Service Contract and Annual Maintenance contract.
- Convert parts sales from spares and service to achieve regional sales target.
- Responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer's equipment.
- Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers.
- Performing necessary site administrative duties as assigned.
- Operation and maintenance support for customer's satisfaction
- Training customer's field staff, engineers, and operators for efficient operations
- Reducing breakdown times and promoting efficient use of PM branded parts only.
- Technical analysis to find root cause of failures and timely escalations.
- Identifying and participating in revenue opportunities such as new service contracts, contract renewals and parts sales.
