Job Description
Attend assigned customer service and installation visits.
Carry required tools, materials, and service documents.
Collect and return materials from the stock center with proper records.
Reach customer sites on time and maintain professional conduct.
Verify warranty/invoice details before providing service.
Explain product issues and service charges to customers.
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations efficiently.
Coordinate with the Service Center for visit updates and closures.
Maintain accurate service reports and material transaction records.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical, electronics, and home automation products.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for field service visits.
Customer-focused and professional attitude.
