About The Role

We are looking for a Service Engineer with 1–2 years of experience and exposure to industrial automation, Industrial IoT, manufacturing, or process-industry environments. The role focuses on supporting customer deployments and ensuring industrial monitoring solutions are implemented and operating effectively.

You will work closely with customers at industrial sites, handle field-level technical activities, coordinate with internal teams, and provide ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle. The role requires a practical understanding of industrial systems, good troubleshooting ability, and confidence working in manufacturing and process-industry settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out customer-site technical visits across Delhi/NCR.
• Support deployment, commissioning, and configuration of industrial monitoring solutions.
• Perform system checks, testing, and field validation.
• Coordinate with engineering and support teams during implementation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to field devices, connectivity, and system operation.
• Support customers during initial operation and technical handover.
• Maintain service documentation and communicate field observations to internal teams.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance as required.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant service or field engineering experience.
• Exposure to industrial automation, Industrial IoT, instrumentation, sensors, or related systems.
• Experience or familiarity with manufacturing and process-industry environments.
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems used in industrial settings.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to independently handle field-level technical activities.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi/NCR.
