Service Engineer_Pharma & API Machines (Umbergaon, Gujarat)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer specializing in Pharma & API Machines, based in Umbergaon, Gujarat. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, conducting maintenance and repairs on machinery, and providing technical support to clients. The role also includes performing on-site field services to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and maintaining excellent communication with clients to address their technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Installation & Commissioning of Pharma & API Machines
• Experience in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in machinery and equipment
• Proficiency in performing Field Service and on-site support
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and reporting
• Capability in providing Technical Support and addressing client concerns
• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair of industrial machinery
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field is preferred
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or API machinery is advantageous
