Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Pharma Automation Machines, Inspection Machines, Packaging Machines, and Printing Machines.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, and production teams for smooth service operations.
• Convince customers for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and ensure repeat business.
• Analyze MIS reports, manage collections, projections, and compliance.
• Develop new customers, especially in price-sensitive markets.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service reports.
• Manage client interface and deliver value-added services.
• Support internal branding and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: BE in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 58 years in service of automation/inspection/packaging machines.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical expertise.
• Ability to travel across India.
• Go-getter attitude with customer-centric approach.
