Service Engineer

Experience:

2 to 10 years

Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E. in a technical discipline

OR

12th Pass with Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Printing

Technology or related fields)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Engineer Service (Production Printing) to

manage installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-end laser production

printing systems (colour and mono). The role supports customers across Graphic Arts, Copy

Shops and Transactional printing environments, ensuring optimal performance and

customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and support high-end production printing machines (color & mono)

Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues

Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime

Support customers in Graphic Arts, Copy Shop, and Transactional printing segments

Coordinate with internal teams and OEM technical support when required

Maintain accurate service records and adhere to defined SLAs

Deliver timely and effective service to enhance customer satisfaction

Key Skills & Competencies:

Relevant experience in the production printing / printing solutions industry

Hands-on expertise in installation and servicing of high-end laser production printers

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Exposure to Graphic Arts, Copy Shop, and Transactional printing workflows

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Ability to work independently in a field-service environment

Preferred Profile:

Experience with production printing OEMs or authorized service partners

Knowledge of both color and mono production engines

Willingness to travel as per service and customer requirements
