Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Solar Sales Executive to promote solar energy solutions and generate business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for client meetings, lead generation, sales follow-ups, and achieving sales targets for rooftop and industrial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and online inquiries
  • Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients to explain solar solutions
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar systems
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
  • Follow up with customers for inquiries and order closure
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales coordination
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of solar products and renewable energy
  • Strong convincing and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Knowledge of MS Office and email communication
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
