Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer (Metrology) based in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for performing field service activities, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining and repairing metrology equipment, and providing technical support to clients. Clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery will also be a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
• Experience in field service and on-site client support.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in maintenance and repair of technical equipment.
• Technical support experience with an emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Relevant technical or engineering diploma/degree is preferred.
• Experience in metrology or industrial engineering is an advantage.
