How You Can Make An Impact

In this role, you ensure that our instruments perform reliably at customer sites – enabling high‑quality results in the lab and contributing directly to customer satisfaction.

  • Handle installation, service and repair of centrifuges, deep freezers, CO₂ incubators, shakers and PCR machines, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
  • Perform calibration and IQ/OQ of equipment according to defined procedures, quality standards and documentation requirements.
  • Execute service tasks systematically and complete them on time, planning your work efficiently and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Meet productivity and throughput targets in line with standard norms, while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate strong dedication, punctuality and reliable reporting of all service activities, including service reports and visit documentation.
  • Travel across Western India and to other territories when needed, supporting customers and colleagues with flexibility and a hands‑on mindset.
  • Keep customer satisfaction at a high level by communicating clearly, managing expectations and following up on open points until resolution.

What Sets You Apart

  • Bringing 3–5 years of experience in instrument service and/or as a field service engineer, ideally in a laboratory or life science environment.
  • Holding a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in B.E. (Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation, Biomedical or a comparable field).
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of customer applications and workflows, enabling you to troubleshoot effectively and support customers in their day‑to‑day lab work.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, including explaining technical topics to non‑technical users.
  • Informing customers transparently about action plans, next steps and timelines, and sharing certificates and documentation in a structured way.
  • Using MS Office tools confidently to prepare reports, service documentation and basic presentations.
  • Working independently, structured and solution‑oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility for quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
