Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer, based in Bengaluru. The Service Engineer will be responsible for Environmental Simulation equipment troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and providing technical support at client sites. The role also involves conducting field service activities, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring the optimal operation of equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Experience in conducting Field Service and on-site technical work
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair tasks related to material handling equipment and systems
- Skilled in providing Technical Support and guidance for equipment operation
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Previous experience in similar engineering or technical roles
