Specialised experience in- BMS & Control- Installations, Commissioning , Trouble shooting, Service of BMS systems
Must be
working with any BMS OEM ( service/ project)
Major Roles- Installation- Commissioning projects, Service delivery- CM & PM, L&M opportunity lead generation from AMC customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and system design reports.
- Service & Support:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for BMS systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system faults, software, and hardware components.
- Conduct regular system audits, preventive maintenance, and performance checks.
- Technical Expertise:
- Work with OEM BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, etc.).
- Implement system upgrades, software patches, and configuration changes as required.
- Train end-users and client personnel on system operation and best practices.
