- Designation: Service Engineer

- Edu. Qualification: Diploma/ITI/BE/B.Tech - Electonics/Electrical
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responds to customer complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
- Install and commission CNC plasma and gas cutting machines
- Perform calibration, alignment, and THC setup
- Configure cutting parameters and CNC controls
- Integrate dust extraction, gas lines, power sources, and controllers
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and CNC issues
- Diagnose controllers, plasma sources, drives, motors, and motion systems
- Replace faulty parts and carry out system upgrades
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Train operators and maintenance staff
- Prepare service and diagnostic reports
- Follow all safety and site protocols
- Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
- Works alongside with technical sales engineers
- Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
- Develops and maintains relations with customers; reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference
- Makes recommendations to maintenance technicians and offers feedback on product development, features and functions.
Required Candidate profile :
- Knowledge of plasma and oxy-fuel cutting machines
- Experience with CNC controllers (Hypertherm/FANUC/Siemens, etc.)
- Hands-on with plasma power units and gas systems
- Good electrical troubleshooting skills
- Good mechanical alignment knowledge
- Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools
- Willing to travel frequently
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
