Job Description
Growloc Pvt Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve providing on-site service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
- On-site Service and Maintenance:
- Perform preventative maintenance checks and repairs on a variety of electrical
Equipment, Including But Not Limited To
- Motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, control panels, relay and SMPS wiring,
controller wiring,
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Conduct field repairs and replacements of components as needed.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with relevant electrical safety
standards and regulations.
- Customer Interaction: ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. ○ Provide excellent customer service, including clear and concise communication regarding service updates, troubleshooting, and recommendations. ○ Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Technical Support:
○ Provide technical support to clients over the phone or remotely.
○ Assist with system upgrades and installations.
○ Document all service activities accurately and completely in company records.
○ Travel to customer sites within and outside of Pune as required (approximately 40% travel time).
○ Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and
knowledge.
○ Assist with the development and improvement of service procedures and documentation.
○ Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance and repair.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles, including AC/DC circuits, power
distribution, and control systems.
- Experience with panel wiring and panel design.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
