Position: Service Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Preferred Candidate Location: Nagpur and Coimbatore only

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service machinery at client sites.
• Troubleshoot technical issues (mechanical/electrical) and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure machine uptime.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Maintain proper documentation of service activities (reports, checklists, etc.).
• Coordinate with the Service Manager and Head Office for escalations and support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service and professional interaction.

Key Skills Required

• Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
