Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing repairs pf products, occasional on-site technical support and maintenance for our products. This role requires stable hand skills and work under stereoscopes and laser machines.

Responsibilities

  • Repair products in service centre under stereoscopes
  • Operate and maintain repair equipment
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
  • Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent field with 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar field service role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
