Provide on-site technical support to front-end semiconductor OEM and fabrication customers for fluid system, gas delivery, and process application challenges.
Diagnose and resolve complex tool, system, process, and fluid delivery issues impacting customer uptime, yield, reliability, and operational performance.
Conduct root cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions to resolve customer concerns.
Support tool installation, startup, qualification, and troubleshooting activities within customer facilities.
Evaluate customer fluid systems and identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Provide technical expertise and best-practice recommendations for high-purity fluid systems and gas delivery systems.
Lead technical discussions with customer engineering teams and establish credibility through deep application and process knowledge.
Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with key stakeholders within front-end semiconductor OEM and fabrication customers.
Work closely with Sales to identify, develop, and promote application solutions, products, and engineering services opportunities.
Conduct customer site assessments and technical evaluations to identify opportunities for process improvements and solutions deployment.
Design and develop application solutions proposals in collaboration with Sales, Engineering Services, and Commercial Proposal teams.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supporting semiconductor customers / from OEMs.
Hands-on experience for installation, startup, qualification, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and wafer fabrication technologies.
Experience with high-purity fluid systems, gas delivery systems, and associated semiconductor process applications.
Familiarity with common failure modes including leaks, particle generation, flow performance issues, contamination risks, and system response challenges.
